About me
I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Environmental Science at Stockholm University since January of 2020. My research interests comprise the study of the fate, transport, exposure and environmental implications of emerging contaminants, having worked so far with nanoparticles and mico- and nano-plastics. My research focuses particularly on the development and use of environmental fate and transport models. Currently I am working on the development of a robust and flexible fate and transport modelling framework for microplastics in aquatic environments and its application to local and global scenarios under the CEFIC ECO48 Nano2Plast project.
