I am a postdoctoral researcher in computational toxicology with Dr. Oskar Karlsson. During my PhD at North Carolina State University (USA), I utilized data integration techniques to characterize associations between chemicals and adverse outcomes. These associations were used to generate putative adverse outcome pathways, develop candidate gene-environment interactions and corresponding risk values, and describe the potential predictive value of chemical structure in neuroactivity. Here at SciLifeLab, I am continuing to research the relationship between environmental factors and diseases using bioinformatics.
