Analytical chemist and ecotoxicologist
I did my PhD. studies at the Norwegian Institute of Water Research (NIVA, in Oslo) on High-throughput effect-directed analysis (finding ways to link toxicity data and chemical analysis). I also did a post-doc at the UFZ (in Leipzig, Germany) on metabolomics. Developing analytical methods for targeted metabolomics as well as implementing workflows for comprehensive metabolomics (from chemical extraction to statistical analysis and chemical identification).
