The overall aim of MICROCHEM is to generate new knowledge on the sensitivity of bacteria to chemical pollution, by investigating how chemical mixtures affect bacteria on the cellular level. The long-term goal is to open up for research on how chemical pollution affects microbial functions in the ecosystem.
