In collaboration with the Occupational and Environmental Health Department of Örebro Hospital, settled dust and handwipes from children at several day care centers in several towns have been collected and are being analysed for tri-decaBDEs, isomer-specific HBCDs, NBFRs, PFRs and PFAS at ACES. Numerous other analytes are being analysed at other laboratories, including phthalates and heavy metals. Correlations between chemical concentrations found in dust and on handwipes will be studied as well as correlations with room contents of various materials and products.
