Welcome to your studies at the Department of Environmental Science!
There are a few things to do before the start of your course:
1. Find schedule and course information
You can find schedule and basic information about your courses here.
Once you are registered, you can enter into the digital learning platform Athena. All course material will be made available to you at Athena.
2. Get access to IT services
As a new student at Stockholm University you need to activate your university account in order to get access to University’s IT services. Go to https://aktivera.su.se/ and follow the instructions.
3. Registration
You have to register for the courses to which you have been admitted no later than the course start date. Our courses have online registration which you will be able to access with your university account. Register online here: Ladok for students
Conditionally admitted
If you are conditionally admitted you must be able to show the appropriate documents to prove your eligibility to be able to register for the course. To show that you fulfil the requirement and to remove the conditional admittance, please contact us at the department, studeranu@aces.su.se.
Decline your offer
If you decide not to attend a course and have not yet registered for it, decline the place in your account on universityadmissions.se/antagning.se.
If you have registered for a course but no longer want to take it, decline the place on Ladok for students.
3. Roll call/Upprop
In order to confirm the final number of participants, every course has a roll-call at the first lecture. If you are unable to attend the roll-call, you need to contact us (studeranu@aces.su.se) no later than the course start date.
