The coronavirus crisis has forced Nordic universities, including Stockholm University, to run their programmes largely online. Right now there are disruptions in the videoconferencing service Zoom throughout the Nordic region due to high usage in conjunction with the start of the spring semester.
The interruptions can lead to longer response times, slow connection or choppy video streams. Users may also becometemporarily excluded from Zoom. The company is currently working towards developing new tools to solve the problems.
