About me

Benthic ecotoxicology with an emphasis on ecology in both brackish and freshwater environments. The ecotoxicological studies are focused on behavioural and reproductive effects in crustaceans, including both antropogenic and natural environmental disturbances such as temperature, hypoxia and food deficiency.

The significance of sediment characteristics to the bioavailability of sediment-associated metals and persistent hydrophobic organic contaminants (PHOCs). .
