Methods and techniques are developed for sampling, extraction, separation, detection and chemometrical data processing and analysis, for low levels of organic compounds in complex matrices. Compounds of special interest include low-molecular weight environmental pollutants, drugs, metabolites, disease biomarkers and human proteins modified by xenobiotics.
